Arrangements for the additional floor have to be made in due time after the municipality replies to our request to add one more floor to the existing building.

Finishes And Utilization :
The corridors between the offices is now executed in high quality finish material: marble floors, superior quality finishes all around.

All the rooms have split-units Air Conditioners for heating and cooling except the basement.

The basement could be utilized as a service unit possibly viz :
Cafeteria, Print shop for publishing, IT center, Lobby and back up Reception, Administration, Accounting, Library, Audio - Visual etc....

Any other interiors and fine finishes will be left to the lessee to execute at his expense. We shall extend general assistance as needed for guidance.

• Additional External Works : Gates and other external works , alarms, and security systems, extra lighting etc will be left to the lessee to execute in accordance with his own requirements and at his expense. Cleaning and pavement construction for extra parking will be at lessees expense.

General assistance will be given as may be needed.
